These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Jazzi Paws website, products, digital products, downloads, content, and related services. By accessing or using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

The terms "Jazzi Paws," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Jazzi Paws LLC. The terms "you" and "your" refer to the person or entity using the Services.

1. Eligibility and Website Use

• You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in compliance with these Terms.

• All products, services, descriptions, prices, and availability are subject to change without notice.
• We reserve the right to limit quantities, discontinue products, reject or cancel orders, or refuse service at our discretion.

4. Orders and Payment

• An order is not accepted until payment is successfully processed and we confirm acceptance.
• We may refuse, limit, hold, or cancel orders for reasons including suspected fraud, pricing errors, stock or production issues, suspected resale activity, abuse, or violation of these Terms.
• If we cancel an order after payment is processed, we will issue a refund of the amount charged for the canceled portion.

5. Shipping, Returns, and Refunds

Shipping timelines are estimates, not guarantees, unless we expressly state otherwise in writing. Physical product returns and digital product refunds are governed by the Refund & Return Policy and Shipping Policy posted on the website, each of which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content made available through them, including text, graphics, logos, icons, page layouts, product designs, product photography, digital downloads, guides, checklists, PDFs, website copy, databases, and compilations, are owned by Jazzi Paws or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to you.

7. Digital Product License

• When you purchase or access a digital product from Jazzi Paws, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license for your own personal, non-commercial use only.
• Unless we expressly state otherwise in writing, you may not copy, reproduce, share, distribute, publish, sublicense, resell, transfer, upload, post, display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any digital product or any part of it.
• You may not use any digital product to train, fine-tune, or improve models, datasets, automated systems, or similar tools without our prior written permission.
• We may revoke access to digital products, downloads, or customer accounts in cases of fraud, abuse, chargeback misuse, unauthorized sharing, piracy, scraping, or violation of these Terms.

8. Reviews, Feedback, and User Content

• If you submit reviews, testimonials, comments, feedback, suggestions, or other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, publish, display, adapt, and distribute that content in connection with our business, subject to applicable law and our Privacy Policy.
• You represent that content you submit does not violate any law or third-party right and is not false, defamatory, abusive, infringing, or misleading.

9. Prohibited Conduct

You may not: scrape or harvest content or data; use bots or automated means to access the Services without permission; attempt to bypass security or access controls; upload malicious code; interfere with the website; impersonate another person; violate applicable law; infringe our intellectual property; or use the Services for commercial resale or unauthorized redistribution.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Jazzi Paws LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunities arising from or related to the Services, products, digital products, or these Terms. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for claims arising out of or relating to the Services or any purchase will not exceed the amount you paid to us for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Jazzi Paws LLC and its owner, officers, employees, contractors, affiliates, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against claims, damages, liabilities, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys' fees, arising out of your use of the Services, your violation of these Terms, your violation of law, or your infringement of any right of a third party.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to conflict of law principles, except to the extent applicable consumer protection law requires otherwise.
