Return & Refund Policy

Jazzi Paws sells both made-to-order physical products and digital products. Because these product types are fulfilled differently, return and refund eligibility depends on what you purchased.

1. Physical Products (Made-to-Order Apparel)

All Jazzi Paws apparel is made to order through our fulfillment partner. Because of this, we do not accept general returns or exchanges for:

  • size issues
  • color preference
  • change of mind
  • buyer’s remorse
  • minor variations in print placement or color caused by normal production tolerances or screen display differences

Please review the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.

2. Physical Products Eligible for Replacement or Refund

We will make it right if your physical order:

  • arrives defective
  • arrives damaged in transit
  • or you receive the wrong item

If this happens, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected] and include:

  • your order number
  • a brief description of the issue
  • clear photos showing the defect, damage, or incorrect item

If your claim is approved, we will provide next steps, which may include a replacement, refund, or return instructions if needed.

3. Digital Products

All digital products are covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee.

If you purchase a Jazzi Paws digital guide and feel it did not deliver value, contact us at [email protected] within 30 days of purchase, let us know what did not work for you, and we will issue a full refund.

Because digital products are delivered instantly, this satisfaction guarantee applies instead of a traditional physical return process.

4. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • made-to-order physical products due to size issues, color preference, or change of mind
  • custom or personalized products
  • sale items
  • gift cards
  • Buyer's remorse

6. Refund Processing

If a refund is approved, it will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days after approval for the refund to appear. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please email [email protected].

7. Exchanges

Because our apparel is made to order, we do not offer general exchanges for size, color, or change-of-mind requests.

If you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [email protected], and we will review the issue and provide a replacement or other resolution if approved.

8. European Union Customers

If you are located in the European Union, certain consumer rights may apply under local law.

Where required by applicable law, Jazzi Paws will honor those rights. However, some rights of withdrawal may not apply to made-to-order or personalized goods where an exception is permitted by law.
