Digital Product License & Intellectual Property Policy

This policy applies to digital products, downloads, PDFs, guides, checklists, templates, artwork, graphics, text, photographs, and other original content made available by Jazzi Paws through the website or by direct delivery after purchase.

This policy is in addition to, and not in place of, the Terms of Service.

1. Ownership

All Jazzi Paws digital products and original content are owned by Jazzi Paws LLC or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, trade dress, and other applicable laws.

2. License Granted to Customer

Upon valid purchase, and subject to compliance with our Terms, Jazzi Paws grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable, revocable license to access and use the purchased digital product for your own personal, non-commercial use only.

3. What You May Not Do

• You may not reproduce, republish, upload, post, publicly display, transmit, distribute, sublicense, lease, sell, resell, share, gift, transfer, copy, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any digital product or content unless we give prior written permission.
• You may not upload Jazzi Paws digital products to marketplaces, membership sites, file-sharing platforms, repositories, forums, social media, cloud drives shared with others, or similar channels for access by others.
• You may not remove, alter, or obscure copyright notices, branding, watermarks, or proprietary notices.
• You may not use any Jazzi Paws digital product, image, or text to train models, build datasets, create automated derivative content libraries, or support AI/ML systems without prior written permission.

4. Trademark and Brand Use

Jazzi Paws, related logos, branding elements, and other source identifiers may not be used in a manner likely to cause confusion or imply sponsorship, affiliation, endorsement, or authorization without our prior written consent.

5. Enforcement

We reserve all rights not expressly granted. We may revoke access, refuse future sales, pursue takedowns, seek damages, and take other lawful enforcement action in response to infringement, unauthorized sharing, piracy, resale, scraping, or misuse.
