This Shipping Policy explains how Jazzi Paws handles production, shipment, delivery estimates, and shipping-related customer support for orders placed through our website.

1. Processing Time

Most physical products are made to order. Production typically takes 2 to 7 business days before shipment, but actual production time may vary based on order volume, product type, supply availability, holidays, and fulfillment conditions.

2. Estimated Shipping Times

  • Estimated transit times begin after production is completed.
  • United States orders typically arrive in approximately 2 to 5 business days after shipment.
  • International orders may take approximately 10 to 30 business days after shipment, depending on destination, customs, and carrier conditions.
  • These are estimates, not guaranteed delivery commitments.

3. Shipping Costs

Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on factors such as destination, product type, package weight, package size, and selected shipping method.

4. Tracking

When tracking is available, we will send tracking details to the email used at checkout after your order ships.

5. Delivery Delays

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, weather, natural disasters, labor disruptions, supply shortages, security events, incorrect customer address information, or other events outside our reasonable control.
  • If a delay materially affects your order, contact us and we will review available options.

6. Address Accuracy

  • You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
  • If you need to correct an address, contact us immediately. Once an order has entered production or shipped, address changes may not be possible.

7. Lost, Damaged, or Incorrect Deliveries

If your order is lost, materially damaged in transit, or you receive the wrong item, contact us at [email protected] within 7 days after delivery or the expected delivery date, and include your order number plus supporting photos when applicable.

8. International Orders

  • International customers are responsible for customs duties, VAT, import taxes, brokerage fees, and any similar charges imposed by the destination country unless we expressly state otherwise.
  • Customs processing may significantly affect delivery timelines.

9. Multiple Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may ship separately. Separate packages may arrive on different dates.
